2050 Cherry Street Renovation

This historic 1872 Philadelphia rowhouse was home to a three-generation family for ten years. Renovation work, undertaken as a design-build project, was completed in phases and included a new master suite, new kitchen and dining area, new flooring, and new finishes throughout. Alterations enhanced the functionality of shared living spaces while also providing private areas for the extended family. Renovations maintained the quality of historical details while updating the home with a comfortable modern atmosphere.
