COVID SKETCHBOOK

Covid Sketchbook

At home together during the pandemic, my family developed a routine of sitting down together around the table to draw. My kids, then ages 7, 9, and 11, were learning to draw and we often opened our sketchbooks to observe and draw the plants we keep on the windowsill next to our table. These drawings were of the leaves, long stems, and flowers of cyclamen plants…and a record of our time and thoughts together.
