PHILADELPHIA ROWHOUSE RENOVATIONS

Philadelphia Rowhouse Renovations

These residential renovation projects have been undertaken with a small-scale developer interested in acquiring a portfolio of long-term investment properties in Center City Philadelphia. Typically these are three-story, 1500-2000 square foot rowhouses that have not been updated in many years. They often have one bathroom for four bedrooms, stairs that are too steep for current code requirements, no insulation, and mechanical and electrical systems that are insufficient for current use. The aim in renovating is to retain the historic features and character of the homes, while updating for code compliance and contemporary tastes and lifestyles. To date we have completed approximately thirty of these renovation projects.
