2051 Appletree Street Addition and Renovation

This historic Philadelphia rowhouse was renovated after suffering flood and structural damage. The project included approval from the historic commission for a two-story addition to replace a previous structure that had collapsed. Work was done to restore or replicate historic details where possible, while also adding a small roof deck and upgrading the kitchen, bathrooms, and other spaces for modern convenience.
